Thrive Homes

Thrive Homes is an affordable sub-brand to Rawson Homes, with a price point targeting the first home buyer. 

BRIEF: To create and roll out brand guidelines, considering how the brand will engage across all  platforms, with a focus on digital design. 

ROLE: I was responsible for creating all Thrive artwork, including signage, digital and corporate documentation, and award submissions. As the sole digital designer, I managed all social campaigns, which consisted of social carousels, posts, ads, EDMs, and both static and animated website banners. I handled the entire process, from concept planning through to finished artwork.

CONCEPT: The concept of “Build Smart” for first-time homebuyers is all about being strategic, informed, and resourceful in every step of the process
